Overview
RBknee helps clinicians analyze knee osteoarthritis (OA) by detecting the presence or absence of osteophytes, subchondral sclerosis, and joint space narrowing. The solution creates a knee OA grading report based on the Kellgren-Lawrence scale.

Features
- Provides a written report containing an osteoarthritis related description of the radiographs.
- Provides a copy of the regions of interest from the original radiographs with annotations (secondary capture) that mark radiographic signs of osteoarthritis.
- Designed to annotate and describe the following findings:
- Joint space narrowing medially and laterally
- Osteophytes medially and laterally on tibia and femur and on the tibial eminence
- Subchondral sclerosis medially and laterally on tibia and femur
- Osteophytes proximally and distally on patella
Benefits
RBKnee will aim to:
- Inform triage decisions.
- Improve the accuracy of radiology findings.
- Improve consistency in osteoarthritis grading.
- Reduce unnecessary MRIs using GIRFT principles.
