Overview

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death globally, taking an estimated 17.9 million lives each year¹, with coronary artery disease being the most common type of heart disease². Nanox.AI’s Cardiac solution addresses this by automatically detecting coronary artery calcification (CAC) to help identify patients at risk of coronary artery disease without a need for discrete imaging.

The Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) codes offer doctors and healthcare professionals a uniform language for coding medical services and procedures to streamline reporting and increase accuracy and efficiency. Nanox.AI holds CPT code III (0721T & 0722T) for its service reimbursement.
