Overview
There is a lot of multitasking involved during an echo (2D TTE) session - getting the angles right, looking for EF (ejection fraction) and other measurements, thorough reporting, all while focusing on the patient. Ligence Heart aims to ease this workflow by capturing images at the ultrasound machine and automatically annotating and generating reports, which the clinician can then edit and approve.

Features
- Automated recognition of echocardiography imaging data, including probe position, and detection of anatomical features (e.g. heart chamber borders, landmarks).
- Transfer of echocardiography images (PHI removed) from hospital PACS to Ligence Heart
- Automated view classification
- Automated prediction of annotations and heart phase prediction
- Automated calculation of measurements and report generation.

Benefits
- Helps clinicians understand visual echocardiography data to improve management of cardiology patients.
- Allows the user to automatically perform parts of the echocardiography image evaluation with non-inferior accuracy compared to cardiologists.¹
- Reduces the intra-rater variability of measurements.¹
- Saves time by automating the evaluation of echocardiography images - in some cases it can work at least 2 times faster than a clinician.¹
