Brainreader Neuroreader®
Automatic labelling, visualization and volumetric quantification of segmentable brain structures from MRI images.

Overview
Brainreader’s flagship product, Neuroreader®, is an FDA cleared and CE marked software-based assessment tool that can detect abnormal brain patterns in MRI scans.
- Visualizes and quantifies atrophies of up to 83 brain volumes from Magnetic Resonance Images (MRI) like the hippocampus, lateral ventricles, and brain lobes in the standard report.
- Automated generation of patient reports that clinicians can use as a tool to guide clinical decision-making.
- Computes a report of the most important structures in the brain in less than 10 minutes.
- The Neuroreader is customizable and can be tailored to the customer’s specific needs.

Features
- Provides an estimation of the normal volume for a person with similar demographics (gender, age, and head size).
- Longitudinal reports can be plotted over time to detect progression.
- Brain volume assessment table with 64 volumes (measured in mL, percentiles, z-score, and more) in the standard report (83 brain volumes in the customizable report).
- Brain heat maps visualization tool that shows the percentile values and area/s of concern.
- Values and statistics of the Left-Right Asymmetry Index (13 brain structures).
- Disease specific reports: Asymmetry and Neurodegenerative reports are available.
- Original and segmented 3D images in NIfTI and DICOM formats:
• Combined Classification
• Filtered Combined Labels
• Intracranial
• Exportable JSON values of the results for research purposes
Benefits
- Monitors the effectiveness of treatments and interventions over time. By comparing follow-up scans with baseline measurements, clinicians can evaluate the impact of therapies on brain volume changes.
- Objectively analyzes by comparing volumes against large and diversified normative datasets.
- Helps clinicians discover and understand early and sensitive biomarkers of neurodegenerative diseases.
- Eliminates bias and subjectivity and gives an answer to the exact degree of atrophy.
- Neuroreader® reduces read times from approximately 24 to 10 minutes, which ultimately means 14 minutes per scan. (1)
