Brainomix 360 Stroke
Brain CT and MRI analysis that assists in treatment decisions around key perfusion therapies.

Overview
Brainomix 360 Stroke is a comprehensive, secure AI imaging solution that supports clinicians to make faster, more confident treatment decisions from any imaging modality in the acute stroke pathway.

Features
- e-ASPECTS module provides automated ASPECTS scoring and identification of affected areas contributing to ASPECTS score.
- e-CTP module provides hemodynamic maps (rCBV, rCBF, MTT, TTP, Tmax/Delay), and automatic identification and volume estimation of ischemic core and tissue-at-risk.
- e-CTA module provides assessment of collaterals (% score), vessel MIIPs, multi-planar reconstructions, AIF/VOF curves (phase assessment for acquisition quality assurance) on CT angiography and detects large vessel occlusions (LVO).
- e-MRI processes Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) MR series to generate diffusion parameter maps, identify areas with restricted diffusion, and includes automated mismatch, phase assessment, and motion correction.
- Option to view imaging with or without annotations in web or mobile UI.
- Trials Tracker – embedded assessment of patient inclusion criteria for landmark trials and user-defined benchmarks.
- Messaging & calling – enables secure coordination for each case to review and share images & patient data.
- Flag for thrombectomy – send a notification to signal that a patient is eligible for thrombectomy with one-click.
Benefits
- A study found that the implementation of Brainomix 360 Stroke reduced door-in-door-out (DIDO) times by more than 1 hour and tripled the number of stroke patients achieving functional independence from 16% to 28% (mRS 0-2 @ 90 days)¹
- A health economic analysis by York University found that the implementation of Brainomix 360 Stroke is highly cost effective, with an incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) of £5,165 – well below the £20,000 threshold set by the UK’s National Health Service (NHS)²
- Aims to increase the confidence of non-stroke specialists in making referral decisions.
- Potential to improve communication between on-call interventionists and stroke staff.
- e-MRI provides advanced imaging assessments for acute ischemic stroke, particularly for late-window patients eligible for thrombolysis and thrombectomy3.
