Overview

Aortic dissection (AD) has a high mortality rate and a high miss rate as symptoms may be similar to those of other heart diseases¹. Mortality may depend on the extent of the dissection, the time of management, the availability of treatment and the type of treatment given. 

CINA-AD is designed to identify type A and B aortic dissection that requires urgent intervention. The solution flags and triages urgent AD cases by providing real-time alerts on thoraco-abdominal angiography.
