Overview

Agamon Health Coordinate is a comprehensive follow-up program. It analyzes radiology reports after they are signed to determine whether a follow-up is needed. If there is a need for follow-up, it extracts the modality, body part and timeframe along any other relevant information and recommends the appropriate follow-up. If no follow-up was scheduled originally, it automatically communicates the recommended follow-up to the referring provider and/or the patient via the EMR, email, text or internal communication system. The system sends subsequent reminder notifications until the follow-up has been scheduled, then it updates the status showing the follow-up was completed, thus closing the loop.
